My Favorite Things in Polymer Clay

I have joined with some of my polymer clay friends to create this wonderful book. It includes designs by Donna Kato, Judy Belcher, Kim Cavender, Leslie Blackford, Cathy Johnston, Sue Kelsey, KLEW and Maria Del Pinto.

No-Bake Air-Dry Clay - Makin's Clay

Makin's Clay® is an Air-Dry Polymer Clay that is very easy and fun to work with. I have contributed to this book along with Kim Cavender, Judy Belcher, Sue Kelsey, Tammy Browing-Smith, Leslie Blackford, Debbie Tlach, Michele Charles and Mary Lynn Maloney.

Kato Polyclay® mix chart

I recommend Kato Polyclay by VanAken for all your polymer clay projects. Their bars are 3oz compared to 2oz of the other brands, they vacuum extrude the air from the bars, the color stays true from raw to baked and it is very strong. Kato Polyclay will not burn if baked at the correct tempeture and can withstand repeated bakings. This is the only clay I now use. Above is a link to a mix chart for the other brands of clay.

Tips, techniques and Published Designs

Tips for working with polymer clay. Includes published designs and links to instructions.

After much testing, I have found that the secret to successful photo transfers is the paper used. Papers tested and the results. The technique used was coating the image with liquid polymer clay. Photo transfer technique.
